We build hearses using two types of molds: 1st an incombustible polyester (fiberglass) mold and 2nd a carbon fiber hearse mold (by customer’s requirement), for the following car types: C 180 (three designs), E 210 (one design), E 211 (three designs) and E 212 (three designs). This mold-based construction resolved all the problems of the older sheet-metal structure, such as:
The hearse is significantly lighter than a sheet-metal build, which improves driving stability and handling while lowering fuel consumption. This makes the funeral vehicle safer and more economical to operate over long distances.
No paint cracking or blistering, since stucco filler and panel joints are no longer used. The result is a flawless, long-lasting finish that keeps every luxury hearse looking professional for years.
Delivery time is greatly reduced, since the mold for each model is already produced. This lets us supply custom funeral vehicles to clients across Europe far faster than traditional coachbuilding.
